Delivery
When we receive your order, we will email you
confirmation and a calculation of the total costs including freight
in the relevant currency.
Educational Institutions
For educational institutions we will dispatch your order together with an invoice for the amount as confirmed with you. If you are a New Zealand customer you should receive your order within 2 to 3 days of our confirmation email.
Private purchasers
For private purchasers we require payment prior to dispatch of
your order. We will email payment details to you upon receipt
of your order
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, bank draft or
electronic transfer. We do not accept credit cards.
Please note that Ace Publications is not registered for New Zealand
GST purposes.
Freight
For orders within New Zealand freight is charged
at NZ$5.00.
Orders of 10 or more copies of any one resource will incur additional
freight charges. We will email you the cost of freight upon receipt
of your order.
For international orders we will email you the cost
of freight upon receipt of your order.
Returns Policy
Please note that we do not provide inspection
copies. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase
please return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full
refund.
